Vesting schedule

We have introduced an innovative token vesting schedule in order to protect the early investors from potential price dump caused by subsequent token unlocks. Our methodology is broadly in line with the token model Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao (CZ) has proposed.

• TGE: No cliff. 100% tokens unlocked at the listing.

• Seed: Cliff 6 months; 5% unlocked every 3 months if the token price is 2X or more than the TGE price. Every subsequent unlock only if the token price has remained 1.5x or more of the previous unlock price for 30 consecutive days leading to the next unlock time.

• Team: Cliff 6 months; 5% unlocked every 3 months if the token price is 2X or more than the TGE price. Every subsequent unlock will be effected only if the token price has remained 1.5x or more of the previous unlock price for 30 consecutive days leading to the next unlock time.

• Development fund: Clif 6 months, 10% unlocked every 6 month if the token price is 2X or more than the TGE price. Every subsequent unlock only if the token price has remained 1.5x of the previous unlock price for 30 consecutive days leading to the next unlock time.

• Platform incentivization fund: 5% unlocked every 6 months for user incentivization rewards.
